I’m looking for feedback on what you, as a Lord of the Rings fan, thinks of my channel.
My channel concept is to systematically create 3d environments from Middle Earth based on research not just from the books, but Tolkien’s paintings/drawings, and research of others who have made research-based maps of Middle Earth.
I am not looking to give my own take but, to the best of my ability, recreate what Middle Earth may have looked like to Tolkien himself.
So, I am looking for feedback on things such as:
(1) How much value do you think this concept gives you?
(2) How much/little information do think I should give about the environment? Do you want a lot/little of history about the place or justification for the layout - or just the visuals?
(3) I am currently only one year into learning 3d programs, so the renders are not AAA quality yet. How much does this factor into your enjoyment of the videos?
